As Roma Divine Healing services are bespoke and personalised, all bookings shall be deemed final upon confirmation and are strictly non-refundable. By making a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees that no refund, whether in whole or in part, shall be issued in the event of cancellation, non-attendance, or a change of mind.
